Wellbeing for Coventry
Commissioned and funded by Coventry City Council, Wellbeing for Coventry provides one-to-one, group and peer support for adults experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives. The service offers different support pathways depending on the specific needs of the individual:
- Support with integrating into the local community
- Workshops and courses to learn more about mental health and wellbeing
- Instant access to one-on-one, group and peer-led sessions at drop-in hubs
- Targeted one-to-one mental health support

Safe Haven
Safe Haven provides crisis intervention and emotional support for people aged 16+ every evening from 6pm–11pm. Support can be accessed in-person at Wellington Gardens, Windsor St, Coventry CV1 3BT and remotely by phone, email, video chat or text.

Recovery and Wellbeing Academy
The Academy offers a wide range of trauma-informed courses and workshops designed to empower your mental health and wellbeing, provided by a number of Partner organisations working together. Courses are delivered face-to-face and via online group sessions and are completely free of charge.
The courses are open to anyone over the age of 18 living in Coventry and Warwickshire who wants to better manage or understand their health and wellbeing.
