Dr Sheila Shields

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr Sheila Shields. She died after a short and unexpected illness on the 21st January in hospital. Some patients and staff will remember with fondness her years of dedicated care and service until she retired in 1995. Dr Shields was born in Coventry and she was always proud to work as a GP in our local community, and especially proud of Allesley Park Medical centre for which she did so much to build and develop.

She will be greatly missed by patients and colleagues both past and present.
