Registering with us

To be eligible to register with us as a patient you need to be living within the catchment area - see map.

If you live within the catchment area and wish to register with us please call at the Medical Centre reception. 

This practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

You will be registered with “The Practice” which means that you can see any of our doctors or other health practictioners. However you can state a preference of a “usual” doctor. 

After registration you will be offered a health check appointment.
